دور الضبط الإداري في مواجهة جائحة كورونا

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الاليات التي قامت بها الجزائر من خلال الضبط الإداري في مواجهة جائحة كورونا، والمراسيم والمناشير التي ساعدت في التخفيف من إجراءات الحجر الصحي والإجراءات الاخرة المصاحبة لها، من خلال الهدف وباستعمال المنهج الوصفي لاستقصاء أكبر قدر من المعلومات على الجائحة. توصل الباحث الى مجموعة من النتائج منها ان تدابير الضبط الإداري أتت ثمارها في الحد من انتشار الوباء كما اقترح الباحث اجراء المزيد من الدراسات العلمية والاخذ بعين الاعتبار ما توصلت له الدول من نتائج في مواجهة هذا الفيروس اللعين.

The study aimed to identify the mechanisms carried out by Algeria through administrative control in the face of the Corona pandemic, and the decrees and leaflets that helped reduce quarantine procedures and the other accompanying procedures, through the objective and using the descriptive approach to investigate as much information on the pandemic.
