فقهاء المالكية في الجزائر العثمانية -الشيخ عبد الرحمن الأخضري أنموذجا

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة حياة العلامة عبد الرحمن الأخضري في الجزائر العثمانية، من خلال تتبع نشأته العلمية، وشيوخه وتلامذته، ورحلاته إلى قسنطينة وتونس وفاس، وتحليل منهجه في التأليف القائم على الإيجاز والنظم التعليمي، واستقصاء إنتاجه الفكري في الفقه والمنطق والبلاغة والحساب والتصوف، ثم تتبع أثره في المدرسة المالكية واستمرار تدريس مؤلفاته عبر العصور. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأخضري كان عالماً موسوعياً جمع بين العلوم الشرعية والعقلية، وأن منهجه في تبسيط المعرفة جعل متونه تلقى قبولاً واسعاً في الأزهر والزيتونة والقرويين، واستمر تدريسها لأكثر من أربعة قرون، كما بينت الدراسة موقفه المتوازن من التصوف حيث دعا إلى التصوف السني وهاجم الانحرافات في قصيدته "القدسية"، ودفاعه عن علم المنطق، ورغم غموض بعض جوانب سيرته، فإن إرثه العلمي ظل حياً، مما يجعله نموذجاً رائداً في الوسطية الفكرية والتجديد العلمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: عبد الرحمن الأخضري، الفقه المالكي، الجزائر العثمانية، التصوف السني. Abstract: This study examines the life of Sheikh Abd al-Rahman al-Akhdari in Ottoman Algeria, tracing his scholarly upbringing, his sheikhs and students, his travels to Constantine, Tunis and Fez, analyzing his authorship method based on conciseness and educational versification, investigating his intellectual output in jurisprudence, logic, rhetoric, mathematics and Sufism, then tracking his impact on the Maliki school and the continued teaching of his works across the centuries, The study concluded that al-Akhdari was an encyclopedic scholar who combined religious and rational sciences, and that his method of simplifying knowledge made his texts widely accepted at al-Azhar, al-Zaytuna and al-Qarawiyyin, with their teaching continuing for more than four centuries, The study also revealed his balanced position on Sufism, calling for Sunni Sufism and attacking deviations in his poem "al-Qudsiyya", and his defense of logic, Despite the ambiguity surrounding some aspects of his biography, his scholarly legacy has remained alive, making him a pioneering model of intellectual moderation and scholarly renewal.
