It outlines the trajectory of the Algerian cause—highlighting key milestones in the struggle and diplomatic efforts—while shedding light on significant political and popular Arab stances regarding the issue. The study presents case studies from the press in Arab Asia, Arab Africa, and revolutionary Algeria, illustrating how media coverage served the revolution and championed the justice of its cause. Through various published articles that bolstered the spirit of resistance and countered colonial propaganda, the Arab press emerged as a potent moral weapon; it helped break the French media blockade, mobilize Arab public opinion, internationalize the Algerian issue, and pressure international organizations to recognize the Algerian people's right to self-determination. Ultimately, the study underscores the vital role of the Arab press in cementing Algeria’s Arab-Islamic identity and deepening shared pan-Arab bonds, while documenting the historical significance of the truthful word and Arab unity as essential complements to military resistance in achieving national independence. Keywords: Arab press – Algerian revolution – revolutionary press.
