ومجمل القول ان سياقا معقدا كأزمة مالي المتجددة، وتعدد الأطراف الداخلية فيها والتدخل الأجنبي كفرنسا والاكواس، والدول الموافقة على التدخل العسكري الفرنسي، وظهور بوادر تقسيم دولة مالي لولا تدخل الوساطة الجزائرية والحلول دون ذلك والمحافظة على الوحدة الترابية لمالي، لكان الوضع أكثر تأزما ولو تعد حدود دولة مالي الى الدول المجاورة.
