البعد الطاقوي في الإستراتيجية الروسية تجاه أوكرانيا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور القوي لمصادر الطاقة كمورد استراتيجي في تحقيق أهداف السياسة الروسية، وذلك عبر التطرق لمختلف وسائل الإستراتيجيةالطاقوية تجاه أوكرانيا وكذا تداعياتها على امن أوربا الطاقوي . إضافة إلى إبراز مكانة أوكرانيا الجيوسياسية بالنسبة لروسيا ومدى إدراك صانع القرار الروسي أن أي عودة قوية لروسيا على الساحة الدولية مرتبطة ببسط نفوذها على أوكرانيا خاصة في ظل السياسات الغربية الطامحة لكبح النفوذ الروسي في شرق أوربا .

This study aims to highlight the strong role of energy sources as a strategic resource in achieving the objectives of Russian policy, by addressing the various means of energy strategy towards Ukraine as well as its implications for the security of energy Europe. In addition to highlighting Ukraine's geopolitical status for Russia and the extent to which the Russian decision-maker understands that any strong Russian return to the international arena is linked to its influence on Ukraine, especially under Western policies that aspire to curb Russian influence in Eastern Europe.
