Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى فهم القوانين واألنظمة التي تنظم سلطة السمعي البصري في الجزائر، وتحديد األسس والمبادئ التي يقوم عليها هذا التنظيم، باإلضافة إلى تقييم مدى استقاللية وسائل اإلعالم العمومية والخاصة في الجزائر، ومدى تأثير التدخالت الحكومية على عملها. كما تسعى الدراسة إلى فهم آليات منح التراخيص لوسائل اإلعالم وكيفية ممارسة الرقابة عليها لضمان احترام المعايير األخالقية والمهنية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها أن تنظيم سلطة السمعي البصري يؤثر بشكل كبير على حرية اإلعالم وتنوع المشهد اإلعالمي في الجزائر، وتشير النتائج إلى أهمية التعاون الدولي في مجال تنظيم اإلعالم وتبادل الخبرات والمعرفة لتعزيز ممارسات اإلعالم الصحيحة، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن اإلعالم يمكن أن يؤثر بشكل كبير على تشكيل الثقافة والهوية الوطنية، وبالتالي

It also evaluates the independence of public and private media in Algeria, as well as the impact of governmental interventions on their operation; Additionally, the study seeks to understand the mechanisms for granting licenses to media outlets and how they are regulated to ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards; The study found that the regulation of the audiovisual authority has a significant impact on press freedom and the diversity of the media landscape in Algeria. The results also highlight the importance of international cooperation in the field of media regulation and the exchange of experiences and knowledge to strengthen appropriate media practices. Furthermore, the study shows that the media can have a considerable impact on shaping national culture and identity, and thus their regulation is vital to preserving cultural diversity and national traditions.
