التفسير الفقهي عند الطحاوي - احكام الحج انموذجا

Abstract

تناول هذا البحث دراسة التفسير الفقهي عند الإمام أبي جعفر الطحاوي من خلال كتابه أحكام القرآن، متخذين من باب الحج أنموذجا تطبيقيا، وذلك لما للإمام الطحاوي من مكانة علمية بارزة بوصفه أحد أعلام الفقه والتفسير عند الحنفية. وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في إبراز معالم المنهج التفسيري عند الطحاوي، وبيان مدى اعتماده على المأثور والرأي، وكيفية توظيفه للأدلة وأقوال الفقهاء في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية من الآيات القرآنية. وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعريف بالإمام الطحاوي وآثاره العلمية، وبيان منهجه في التعامل مع النص القرآني وعلوم القرآن، والكشف عن التطبيقات العملية لهذا المنهج من خلال مسائل الحج. الكلمات المفتاحية: التفسير الفقهي، الإمام الطحاوي، أحكام القرآن، الحج، آيات الأحكام. Abstract: This research examines the "Jurist Exegesis (Al-Tafsir Al-Fiqhi) of Imam Abu Ja'far Al-Tahawi" through his book Ahkam al-Quran (The Rulings of the Quran), using the chapter of Pilgrimage (Hajj) as an applied model. This choice is guided by Al-Tahawi’s prominent scholarly status as one of the leading figures of jurisprudence and exegesis within the Hanafi school of thought. The core problem of the study lies in identifying the features of Al-Tahawi’s exegetical methodology, demonstrating the extent of his reliance on both traditional reports (Athar) and reasoned opinion (Ra'y), and analyzing how he employs evidence and jurisprudential opinions to deduce Sharia rulings from Quranic verses. The study aims to introduce Imam Al-Tahawi and his scholarly works, clarify his methodology in dealing with the Quranic text and Quranic sciences, and reveal the practical applications of this methodology through the issues of Hajj.
