Abstract

تبنت الج ازئر قانون استثمار جديد لتعزيز البيئة الناظمة لالستثمار األجنبي، وحرصت على اجتذاب االسرتثمار األجنبري وتسرهيله باعتبراره وسريلة لتحقير التنميرة المسرتدامة و اعتبرار االسرتثمار األجنبري عمراد التنميرة االقتصرادية فقرد سرعت الجزائرر نحرو اسرتقطابه مرن خرالل تروفير الحمايرة الالزمرة، وذلر برحاطتره بمختلرف الضرمانات واالمتيرازات اذ عملرت علرى اصردار ومراجعرة العديرد مرن النصروص القانونيرة الجاذبرة لالسرتثمار األجنبري المباشرر تضرمنت اليثيرر مرن الحروافز والمزايرا أحرد ها القرانون رقرم18-22 وذلر وعيرا منهرا بضررورة تضرمين تشرريعاتها الداخليرة آلليرات حمايرة المسرتثمر األجنبي.كمرا انهرا سرعت الرى تشرجيع االستثمارات الوطنية باصدارها العديد من النصوص القانونية الناظمة لألنظمة التحفيزية. اليلمات الدالة: األنظمة التحفيزية، االستثمار األجنبي، حسابات التخصيص.

abstract Algeria adopted a new investment law to strengthen the environment regulating foreign investment, and was keen to attract and facilitate foreign investment as a means to achieve sustainable development. Considering foreign investment the mainstay of economic development, Algeria sought to attract it by providing the necessary protection, by surrounding it with various guarantees and privileges, as it worked to issue and review many Among the legal texts that attract foreign direct investment include many incentives and benefits, the most recent of which is Law No. 22-18, out of awareness of the necessity of including in its internal legislation mechanisms to protect the foreign investor. It also sought to encourage national investments by issuing many legal texts regulating incentive systems.
