أساليب تفعيل الحكم الراشد والتنمية المحلية دراسة حالة الجزائر(1999-2014).

Abstract

إن الهدف العام من هذه الدراسة هو البحث في أساليب وآليات تفعيل الحكم الراشد والتنمية المحلية في الجزائر، لأن الحكم الراشد والتنمية المحلية يعتبران عاملان مساهمان في تطور الدول والمجتمعات سواء على المستوى المحلي، أو على المستوى الوطني، وتفعيل آليات وأساليب الحكم الراشد والتنمية المحلية في الجزائر يساهم في تطوير جوانب الحكم من خلال تحسين أدائه وتطوير جوانب التنمية المحلية التي تعتبر مطلب ومسعى كل الدول والمجتمعات بما في ذلك الدولة الجزائرية، التي تسعى وبشكل حثيث إلى تفعيل هذه الآليات وتطويرها لكن الدولة الجزائرية تواجهها مجموعة من المشاكل والعوائق وجب عليها التقليل والحد من هذه المشاكل والعوائق ثم تفعيل هذه الآليات. Summary The overall objective of this study is to look at the methods and mechanisms of activating good governance and local development in Algeria, because of good governance and local development are considered factors contributors to the development of countries and communities, both at the local level, or at the national level, and activation and methods of good governance and local development mechanisms in Algeria It contributes to the development aspects of governance by improving the performance and development aspects of local development, which is the demand and the effort of all countries and communities, including the state of Algeria, which is urgently seeking to activate these mechanisms and develop but the Algerian state faced a host of problems and obstacles it shall reduce and limit these problems and obstacles and then activate these mechanisms.
