Abstract

يهدف مشروع مؤسسة "رفيق" إلى تقديم منظومة متكاملة من الخدمات النفسية في مدينة المسيلة، تشمل العلاج النفسي الفردي والجماعي، الإرشاد الأسري والزواجي، التشخيص والتقييم النفسي، الاستشارات عن بعد، وبرامج التوعية والتدريب المؤسسي، إضافة إلى دعم خاص للفئات الهشة (الأطفال، المسنين، ضحايا الصدمات).جاء اختيار الفكرة استجابةً لحاجة حقيقية في المجتمع المحلي، في ظل ندرة المؤسسات النفسية المتخصصة، ووجود جامعة محمد بوضياف التي تمثل قاعدة زبائن واسعة. يُدار المشروع من طرف فريق من الاختصاصيين في علم النفس العيادي.من الناحية المالية، يُقدَّر الاستثمار الأولي بـ 2,000,000 دج، ويحقق المشروع رقم أعمال سنوي يبلغ 3,476,000 دج في السنة الأولى، بصافي دخل قدره 573,800 دج ونسبة ربحية حوالي 16.5%، مع فترة استرداد تقارب 22 شهراً، مما يعكس جدوى اقتصادية جيدة ومخاطر منخفضة نسبياً. The "Rafiq" project aims to provide an integrated system of psychological services in M'Sila, Algeria, including individual and group therapy, family and marital counseling, psychological diagnosis and assessment, remote consultations, and institutional awareness/training programs, alongside specialized support for vulnerable groups (children, the elderly, trauma victims).The idea responds to a genuine local need given the scarcity of specialized psychological institutions, while the presence of Mohamed Boudiaf University provides a substantial client base. The project is led by a team of clinical psychology specialists.Financially, the initial investment is estimated at 2,000,000 DZD, with projected first-year revenue of 3,476,000 DZD, net income of 573,800 DZD, a profit margin of approximately 16.5%, and a payback period of around 22 months reflecting sound economic viability and relatively low risk.
