الجرائم الواقعة على الأسرة

Abstract

تعتبر ظاهرة الجرائم داخل الأسرة إحدى المخرجات السلبية الأكثر انتشارا في المجتمعات المختلفة ، إذ تهدد الكيان الأسري و الأمن الاجتماعي . و لقد انتشرت مؤخرا الجرائم الأسرية ، و يعزى ذلك إلى الفقر أحيانا ، البطالة ،الجهل ، انعدام الحوار داخل الأسرة، المخدرات و العنف و غيرها. و قد يكون العنف جسديا أو نفسيا أو حتى جنسيا . و لقد خضعت الأسرة في المجتمع لعدة عوامل اقتصادية ، اجتماعية متغيرة أثرت في مختلف جوانب الحياة ، و التي كان لها تأثير على ارتكاب الجرائم داخل الأسرة بما انعكس على نسق القيم الاجتماعية. و تأخذ الجرائم داخل الأسرة أشكالا مختلفة ، فقد تكون هذه الجرائم موجهة ضد الأطفال أو ضد الأصول ، أو بين الزوجين، فأوجب المشرع حماية للأسرة و الآداب العامة نظرا للعلاقة الوطيدة بينهما، و حرصا منه على أهمية كيان الأسرة من التفكك. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاعتداء على الحياة ،الجرائم الأخلاقية، الاعتداء على أموال الأقارب و الأزواج ; إهمال الأسرة. Abstract The phenomenon of crimes within families is deemed as one of the major negative consequences of today’s societies which threaten structure of the family and safety communities as a whole. Recently, the significance increase of crimes within families is due mainly to several factors: poverty, employment, ignorance, the absence of dialogue between the family members, drug, violence, etc. Further, these crimes can take different forms such as physical, mental or even sexual. On the other hand, today’s family has been deeply influenced by socio economical variable that affect all aspects of life which stimulate family conflicts and crimes within its individual being children, roots, couples. As such, the legislator orders to protect the family and public morals in society as an urgent action to preserve the family structure from being broken.
