Abstract

تعتبر مشكلة الصحراء الغربية من اعقد المشكلات طويلة المدى التي واجهها المجتمع الدولي . كما تعددت اثار القضية الصحراوية على مستقبل العلاقات المغربية حيث زادت من حدة توتر بين البلدين كما انعكست سلبا على الاوضاع السياسية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية . اتضح لنا من خلال الدراسة ما يلي : - الصحراء الغربية اثرت على استقرار منطقة المغرب العربي - لا وحدة مغاربية الا بحل القضية الصحراوية - سيناريو الانفراج للعلاقات الجزائرية المغربية امر مستبعد الا في حالة كما تنازل احد طرفي عن موقفه للأخر . الكلمات المفتاحية : تأثير ، نزاع ، الصحراء الغربية Abstract : The problem of Western Sahara is one of the most complex long-term problems faced by the international community. The effects of the Sahara issue on the future of the Moroccan relations have also increased, as they have increased tensions between the two countries and negatively affected the political and economic situation. It became clear to us through the study that: - Western Sahara affected the stability of the Maghreb region - No Maghreb unity except to resolve the Sahara issue - The scenario of détente of the Algerian-Moroccan relations is unlikely except in the case of one of my parties giving up his position on the other.
