Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة اكثر الاضطرابات النطقية لدى اطفال متلازمة داون وكذا التعرف على مستوى هذه الاضطرابات وذلك من وجهة نظر الاخصائي الارطوفوني بالمركز البيداغوجي النفسي للاطفال المعوقين ذهنيا ببوسعادة وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على أدوات تمثلت في المقابلة واستمارة تقييم النطق منتهجين في ذلك منهج دراسة الحالة ,حيث اقثصرنا على دراسة ثلاث حالات من اأطفال متلازمة داون وفي الأخير توصلنا الى نتائج التالية: - تتفاوت اضطرابات النطقية (حذف،تشويه،ابدال،اضافة) لدى أطفال متلازمة داون من وجهة نظر اخصائي الارطوفوني. - يعاني اطفال متلازمة داون من الحذف بدرجة ضعيفة من وجهة نظر اخصائي اطوفوني . - يعاني أطفال متلازمة داون من الإبدال بدرجة مرتفعة من وجهة نظر اخصائي ارطوفوني. - يعاني أطفال متلازمة داون من التشويه بدرجة مرتفعة من وجهة نظر اخصائي اطوفوني

Abstract The present study aimed to identify the most common speech disorders among children with Down syndrome, as well as to determine the severity of these disorders from the perspective of the speech-language pathologist at the Psycho-Pedagogical Center for Children with Intellectual Disabilities in Bou Saada. In this study, we relied on tools such as the interview and a speech assessment form, employing the case study method by focusing on three cases of children with Down syndrome. The study yielded the following results: • Speech disorders (omission, distortion, substitution, addition) vary among children with Down syndrome, according to the speech-language pathologist. • From the speech-language pathologist’s perspective, children with Down syndrome experience a low degree of omission. • Children with Down syndrome suffer from a high degree of substitution, according to the speech-language pathologist. • Children with Down syndrome also suffer from a high degree of distortion, as observed by the speech-language pathologist.
