Contracts differ according to their nature and method of formation. For example, traditional contracts differ from electronic contracts in that an electronic contract is an agreement concluded via the internet or digital media without the need for the physical presence of the parties. The fundamental difference between it and a traditional (paper) contract lies in the means of expressing intent and the method of documentation. Furthermore, in terms of the method of expressing intent, in an electronic contract, offer and acceptance are made via modern communication methods or digital platforms, while a traditional contract requires physical presence or a physical document, and is concluded by the parties signing it manually, face-to-face, or through the exchange of physical documents. Also, in terms of time and place, an electronic contract is characterized by its "borderless" nature and takes place in the digital space. This means it can be concluded between people in very distant locations at the same time (whether present or absent), unlike a traditional contract, which requires both parties to be in the same place and time to finalize the agreement. These are just some of the fundamental differences between the two
