فاعلية الحكومة الالكترونية في تطوير المرافق العامة الاقتصادية في الجزائر

Abstract

جاءت فكرة الحكومة الالكترونية مسايرة للتطورات التكنولوجية المستمرة، و أثرت بصورة فعالة في تسيير المرافق العامة الاقتصادية و تطويرها، بما يساهم في تحسين ادائها و دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي الى الأمام، كذلك ربح ثقة المواطن في اللجوء للخدمات الالكترونية السريعة، بدلا من الإجراءات التقليدية و الاتجاه للشبابيك. وقد بدأت الدولة في الاتجاه نحو تطوير مرفق الكهرباء والغاز، بريد الجزائر، اتصالات الجزائر، الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية، المرافق المتعقلة بالسكك الحديدية، و المتعلقة بالنقل البحري، البنوك و غيرها، بتقديم خدمات عن بعد يلجأ لها المواطن في أي وقت لتلبية حاجياته. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحكومة الالكترونية، مرفق عام اقتصادي، التطور التكنولوجي، الانترنت Abstract: The idea of electronic government came in line with the ongoing technological developments, and it effectively affected the management and the development of public economic utilities, thus improving their performance, driving economic growth's wheel forward, and winning the confidence of citizens by resorting to fast electronic services instead of traditional procedures and waiting in lines. The state has embarked on the development of electricity and gas services, Algerie Poste, Algerie Telecom, Air Algerie, railway and maritime transport facilities, banks and others, by providing remote services that meet the needs of citizens at any moment.
