Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى تطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي دراسة ميدانية ببعض إبتدائيات عين الخصراء بالمسيلة، استخدمتالطالبة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في كل مجريات الدراسة، واختارت عينة عشوائية بسيطة من (86) أستاذا وأستاذة، اعتمدنا على استبيان من اعداد لقيطي (2015)، بغرض جمع البيانات لاستخدامها في المعالجة الإحصائية من أجل التحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، وتوصلنا إلى النتائج الآتية: - لاتستجيب المناهج لاستراتيجية التدريس وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالقدر الكافي. - لا يستجيب التكوين الذي يتلقاه الأساتذة لاستراتيجية التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظر أستاذة التعليم الابتدائي. - اتساق المحتوى الذي يدرس به تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بالجوانب العملية الملموسة في البيئة الجزائرية - يقاطع محتوى التدريس باستراتيجية المقاربة بالكفاءات مع مبادئ العولمة من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. الكلمات المفتاحية: المقاربة بالكفاءات، أساتذة التعليم المتوسط

Abstract : The studyaimed to reveal the level of implementation of the competency-basedapproachamongprimaryschoolteachers. A fieldstudywasconducted in someprimaryschools in Ain Khadra, M'sila. The studentused the descriptive-analyticalmethodthroughout the study and chose a simple randomsample of 86 male and femaleteachers. Werelied on a questionnaire prepared by Laqiti (2015) to collect data for statisticalprocessing to verify the studyhypotheses. The resultswereached are as follows: • The curricula do not sufficientlyrespond to the teachingstrategybased on the competency-basedapproachfrom the perspective of primaryschoolteachers. • The training received by the teachersdoes not adequatelyrespond to the teachingstrategybased on the competency-basedapproachfrom the perspective of primaryschoolteachers. • The content taught to primaryschoolstudentsis consistent with the practical aspects of the Algerian environment. • The teaching content based on the competency-basedapproachintersectswith the principles of globalizationfrom the perspective of primaryschoolteachers.
