منازعات الضمان االاجتماعي في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

في المنازعات العامة والمنازعات الطبية والمنازعات التقنية ذات الطابع الطبي وتسوى هذه المنازعات بطرق ودية و طرق قضائية وتتمثل الطرق الودية في لجان إدارية منها المحلية كأول درجة ومنها الوالئية كثاني درجة وفي حالة فشل التسوية الودية يطعن في قرارات هذه اللجان أمام الجهات القضائية ونكون بذلك أمام التسوية القضائية لمنازعات الضمان االجتماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: منازعات الضمان االجتماعي، تسوية المنازعات، التشريع الجزائري. Summary: In general disputes, medical disputes and technical disputes of a medical nature, these disputes are settled amicably and judicial methods, and the friendly ways are represented in administrative committees, including local as the first degree, including state as the second degree, and in the event of failure of amicable settlement, the decisions of these committees are challenged before the judicial authorities, and we are thus in front of the judicial settlement of social security disputes.
