Abstract

يعتبر المحل التجاري من الأموال المعنوية المنقولة التي تكتسي اهمية بالغة على الصعيدين القانوني والاقتصادي، مما دفع بالمشرع إلى تنظيمه وتأطيره وفق قواعد خاصة في القانون وقواعد عامة واردة في القانون المدني، ويشمل المحل التجاري على عناصر بالغة الأهمية للحفاظ على نظامه القانوني والتشريعي.
