الحماية التشريعية لجرائم العنف الأسري

Abstract

يتمحور هذا البحث حول الحماية التشريعية لجرائم العنف الأسري. العنف الأسري وضحاياه ظاهرة اجتماعية لم يسلم منها أي مجتمع على مر التاريخ ،لأنه ينخر أساس المجتمع فيهده أو يضعفه ،ونلاحظ في الآونة الأخيرة مظاهر شتى من العنف الأسري ،ومن خلال بحثنا هذا حولنا الحديث عن ماهية جرائم العنف الأسري وضحايا العنف مع تبين آليات مكافحة هذه الجرائم في تشريع الجزائري من تدبير وقائية واليات الجزائية.This research focuses on the legislative protection of domestic violence crimes. Family violence and its victims is a social phenomenon from which no society has been spared throughout history, because it erodes the foundation of society, weakening it or weakening it, and we have recently noticed various manifestations of domestic violence, and through our research this turned us to talk about the nature of crimes of domestic violence and victims of violence, while showing the mechanisms of combating these Crimes in Algerian legislation from a preventive measure and penal mechanisms.
