الجريمة الجمركية وآليات مكافحتها في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

نظرا لخطورة الجريمة الجمركية خصها المشرع الجزائري بقانون خاص وهو القانون 17/04 وانيط تنفيذه إلى مصلحة خاصة وهي إدارة الجمارك وذلك من اجل تحقيق إيرادات لصالح الخزينة العمومية وكذلك حماية الاقتصاد الوطني ومراقبة الحدود الإقليمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجريمة الجمركية، التهريب، الاقتصاد، الجبائية، الجزاءات، آليات، استراتجية.

Abstract: Given the seriousness of the customs crime, the Algerian legislator singled out a speciallaw, Law 17/04, and entrusted its implementation to a special interest, the CustomsAdministration, in order to generate revenues for the public treasury as well as protect thenational economy and control regional borders. key words: Customs crime, smuggling, economy, tax, penalties, mechanisms, strategy.
