التحول الرقمي وعلاقته بجودة الحياة المهنية لدى موظفي مستشفى الزهراوي -دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى الزهراويبالمسيلة-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على التحول الرقمي وعلاقته بجودة الحياة المهنية لدى موظفي مستشفى الزهراوي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة عشوائية من 70 موظف. ولغرضمعالجةالبياناتوتحليلالاستبيانات،تمتفريغالبياناتواستخدامحزمةالبرامجالإحصائيةللعلومالاجتماعيةSPSS (الإصدار 26) عبرتطبيقمجموعةمنالأساليبوالاختباراتالإحصائيةالعلميةالمتخصصة أظهرت نتائج. أسفرت المعالجات الإحصائية لبيانات الدراسة عن النتائج الأساسية التالية:  أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة (طردية) ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التحول الرقمي وجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى الموظفين الإداريين بمستشفى الزهراوي بالمسيلة، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط الكلي (0.618) عند مستوى دلالة (0.000)، مما يعكس الأثر الإيجابي البارز للرقمنة في تحسين جودة الحياة المهنية.  تبين أن مستوى التحول الرقمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين بمستشفى الزهراوي بالمسيلة جاء بمستوى متوسط.  تبين أن مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية (المهنية) لدى هؤلاء الموظفين الإداريين جاء هو الآخر بمستوى متوسط.  وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البعد الأول للرقمنة"استخدام شبكات الاتصال" وجودة الحياة الوظيفية، إذ بلغ معامل الارتباط (0.614) عند مستوى دلالة (0.000).  وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البعد الثاني للرقمنة"تطبيق البرمجيات" وجودة الحياة الوظيفية، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط (0.557) عند مستوى دلالة (0.000).  وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تطبيق الرقمنة داخل المستشفى تُعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي للموظفين الإداريين، مما يوضح تأثير المستوى التعليمي في مدى استيعاب وتطبيق التكنولوجيا الإدارية.

Study summary This study highlights digital transformation and its relationship with the quality of work life among employees at Al-Zahrawi Hospital. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, where a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 70 employees. For data processing and questionnaire analysis, the data were coded and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, Version 26) by applying a set of specialized scientific statistical methods and tests. The statistical processing of the study data yielded the following main results: • A statistically significant positive (direct) correlation was found between digital transformation and the quality of work life among administrative staff at Al-Zahrawi Hospital in M'Sila. The overall correlation coefficient reached (0.618) at a significance level of (0.000), reflecting the prominent positive impact of digitization on improving the quality of work life. • The level of digital transformation among administrative staff at Al-Zahrawi Hospital in M'Sila was found to be at a moderate level. • The level of quality of work (professional) life among these administrative employees was also found to be at a moderate level. • There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the first dimension of digitization, "the use of communication networks," and the quality of work life, with a correlation coefficient of (0.614) at a significance level of (0.000). • There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the second dimension of digitization, "software application," and the quality of work life, with a correlation coefficient of (0.557) at a significance level of (0.000). • There are statistically significant differences in the level of digitization implementation within the hospital attributable to the educational qualification variable of the administrative staff, illustrating the impact of educational level on the comprehension and application of administrative technology.
