الوضعية القانونية لمراسلي وسائل الاعلام الأجنبية في الجزائر (دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المراسلين

Abstract

إن دراستنا هذه هي عبارة عن دراسة قانونية ، حاولنا فيها معرفة وضعية مراسلي وسائل الإعلام الأجنبية في الجزائر ، سواء من الناحية القانونية أو من الناحية المهنية و الاجتماعية ، لذا كانت إشكالية الدراسة على النحو التالي : هل يحظى مراسلي وسائل الإعلام الأجنبية في الجزائر بتأطير قانوني يكفل حقوقه الأساسية ؟ مع استخدام الاستمارة الاستبيانية و المقابلة كأدوات لجمع البيانات حول موضوع الدراسة موزعة على عينة مختارة من المراسلين الأجانب ، و من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة هي : على الرغم من الفراغ القانوني الذي يعيشه المراسل و الذي لا يساعده على أداء عمله بشكل حر ، إلا أنه يحظى بوضعية مهنية و اجتماعية ترقى لأن تسمح له بالإبداع. Our presentstudyis a legalstudythataims at gaining information about the current situation of the foreign media reporters in Algeria .bothfrom the legalside and the professional and social sides.therefore,ourresearchproblemwas: *do the foreign media reporters (journalists)come to Algeria with a legal visa thatgarantees and includes all theirfundamentalrights ?with the use of questionnaire and an interview as toolsfir the data collection for the topic of ourpresentresearch ,distributed on a selectedsamplesfrom the foreign reporters .from the most important results has been concludedfromourresearchisthat : * inspite of the legal gap they are living which do not help the reporter to do his job freely, howeverhe has a social and professional state thatallowshim to becreative .
