درجة تقبل الأساتذة الجامعيين للتدريس باللغة الإنجليزية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية كلية التكنولوجيا

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة تقبل الأساتذة الجامعيين للتدريس باللغة الإنجليزية في كليتي العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية والتكنولوجيا بجامعة المسيلة حسب نموذج ADKAR بأبعاده الخمسة، ومعرفة الفروق في درجة التقبل حسب متغيري (الكلية/ التكوين)، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتطبيق استبيان معد من طرف الباحثتين نادية تاهمي وصورية لعذور على عينة قوامها 100 أستاذ وأستاذة من كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية وكلية التكنولوجيا بجامعة المسيلة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، لمعالجة البيانات استخدمنا الأسلوب الإحصائي SPSS . تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - درجةتقبلأساتذةالتكنولوجياوالعلومالإنسانيةللتدريسباللغةالإنجليزيةجاءتبمستوىمرتفع. - وجودفروقذاتدلالةإحصائيةفيدرجة التقبلتعزىلمتغيرالكليةلصالحأساتذةكليةالتكنولوجيا - وجودفروقذاتدلالةإحصائيةفيدرجة التقبلتعزىلمتغيرالتكوينفياللغةالإنجليزيةلصالحالأساتذةالذينتلقواتكويناًفيهذهاللغة. The current study aimed to identify the degree of acceptance of university professors toward teaching in English in the Faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences and Technology at the University of M’sila according to the ADKAR model with its five dimensions, and to determine the differences in the degree of acceptance according to the variables of (faculty/training). The descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire prepared by the researchers Nadia Tahmi and SouriaLaadhour was administered to a sample of 100 male and female professors from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Technology at the University of M’sila, selected through simple random sampling. For data processing, the SPSS statistical method was used. The following results were reached:  The degree of acceptance of Technology and Humanities professors toward teaching in English was at a high level.  There were statistically significant differences in the degree of acceptance attributed to the faculty variable in favor of the professors of the Faculty of Technology.  There were statistically significant differences in the degree of acceptance attributed to the English language training variable in favor of professors who had received training in this language.
