طرق الدلالة عند الأصوليين وأثرها في تفسير القرآن دراسة لسورة الطلاق في ضوء دلالات الألفاظ

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع طرق الدلالة وأثرها في تفسير الخطاب القرآني: سورة الطلاق نموذجا، ويهدف إلى بيان حقيقة طرق الدلالة عند الأصوليين وموقعها من مباحث دلالات الألفاظ، مع إبراز أثرها في فهم النصوص الشرعية واستنباط الأحكام منها. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن. كما تناول الدراسة النظرية لطرق الدلالة عند الحنفية والجمهور، ثم تطبيقاتها على آيات سورة الطلاق. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن طرق الدلالة تعد من أهم الوسائل الأصولية لفهم مراد الشارع وتوجيه المعاني التفسيرية واستنباط الأحكام الشرعية. ويوصي البحث بمزيد من الدراسات التطبيقية التي تربط بين مباحث أصول الفقه والنصوص القرآنية؛ لما لذلك من أثر في إبراز القيمة العلمية والعملية للقواعد الأصولية. الكلمات المفتاحية: طرق الدلالة، دلالات الألفاظ، أصول الفقه، الحنفية، الجمهور، سورة الطلاق، التفسير.

Abstract :

This research examines the topic of Methods of Signification and Their Impact on the Interpretation of Qur’anic Discourse: Surat At-Talaq as a Model. It aims to clarify the concept of methods of signification (Turuq al-Dalalah) in the view of Islamic legal theorists and their place within the study of lexical indications (Dalalat al-Alfaz), while highlighting their role in understanding Islamic legal texts and deriving rulings from them. The study employs the inductive, analytical, and comparative approaches. It also presents a theoretical examination of the methods of signification according to the Hanafi school and the majority of jurists (Jumhur), followed by their applications to the verses of Surat At-Talaq. The research concludes that methods of signification are among the most important principles of Islamic jurisprudence for understanding the intent of the Lawgiver, directing interpretive meanings, and deriving legal rulings. The study recommends further applied research that links the principles of Islamic jurisprudence with Qur’anic texts, due to its significant role in demonstrating the scientific and practical value of jurisprudential principles.
