Abstract
The current study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between positive thinking and mental health among healthcare workers at Al-Hammadiyin Clinic in M'Sila. To achieve this objective, the descriptive correlational approach was adopted, and applied to a purposive sample consisting of (60) male and female workers. The data were statistically processed using the SPSS software, utilizing Cronbach's alpha coefficient to estimate the questionnaire's reliability via internal consistency, and Pearson's correlation coefficient to estimate the scale's validity through internal consistency, in addition to the Independent Samples T-test to estimate validity via peripheral comparison. The statistical results revealed that there is no statistically significant positive correlation between positive thinking and the overall score of mental health among the sample members. Furthermore, no statistically significant correlation was found between all dimensions of positive thinking (positive self-evaluation, positive future expectations, positive social interaction, life satisfaction, and effective daily performance) and the overall score of mental health.
