This study aimed to explore the role of family support—specifically emotional, material, and cognitive support—in enhancing life satisfaction among mothers of children with autism. Adopting a clinical approach through the case study method, the research focused on two mothers of children diagnosed with autism during the 2025–2026 academic year. Data were collected using clinical interviews and observation. The findings revealed a significant correlation between the level of support received and the mothers' overall life satisfaction. The first case demonstrated an acceptable level of life satisfaction and psychological adaptation, largely attributed to the robust emotional support provided by the husband and family, which fostered a sense of security despite occasional anxiety. Conversely, the second case exhibited a marked decline in life satisfaction and psychological well-being, resulting from a lack of social support and the accumulation of financial and psychological burdens. These factors led to a pessimistic outlook on the future and a lack of stability, as evidenced by the prevalence of negative responses regarding happiness and reassurance.
