دراسة وتحليل الجدولة الزمنية في مشاريع البناء ـ حالة انجاز متوسطة رقم 01 نمط 06 بموقع 3170 سكن بلدية المسيلة ـ الأحياء السكنية المدمجة برنامج 2024

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الجدولة الزمنية في مشاريع البناء والتشييد بما في ذلك مشاريع البناء التعليمية باعتبارها من أهم الركائز الأساسية لضمان إنجاز المشاريع في الآجال المحددة وضمن الميزانية المرصودة وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أسباب تأخر المشاريع الإنشائية واقتراح حلول عملية للحد منها من خلال دراسة حالة مشروع إنجاز متوسطة رقم 1 نمط 6 بولاية المسيلة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم رصد ومتابعة مختلف فترات التوقف واستئناف الأشغال التي عرفها المشروع مع تحليل تأثيرها على مدة الإنجاز كما تم توظيف برنامجMicrosoft Project وتطبيق طريقة المسار الحرج (CPM) قصد إعادة جدولة الأشغال المتبقية والتيتمثل 25% من إجمالي المشروع ومحاكاة عملية إنجازها ضمن مدة زمنية محددة بثلاثة أشهر. وقد أبرز تنتائج الدراسة أهمية التخطيط الجيد والمتابعة المستمرة في التحكم في آجال الإنجاز وتقليل التأخيرات إضافة إلى فعالية استخدام أدوات التسيير الحديثة في تحسين مردودية مشاريع البناء والتشييد.

This study addresses project scheduling and time management within construction projects including educational building projects as one of the fundamental pillars to ensure project delivery within the specified deadlines and allocated budgets The study particularly aims to analyze the causes of delays in construction projects and propose practical solutions to mitigate them through a case study of the completion of Middle School No. 1, Type 6 project in the Wilaya of M'sila The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach where the various periods of work stoppages and resumptions experienced by the project were monitored and tracked, along with analyzing their impact on the construction duration Furthermore Microsoft Project software and the Critical Path Method (CPM) were utilized to reschedule the remaining works which represent 25% of the total project and simulate their execution over a specified three-month period The study results highlighted the importance of proper planning and continuous monitoring in controlling execution schedules and reducing delays in addition to the effectiveness of using modern management tools to improve the productivity of construction projects.

Cette étude traite du thème de la planification et de la gestion du temps dans les projets de bâtiment et de travaux publics y compris les projets de construction éducative considérés comme l'un des piliers fondamentaux pour garantir la réalisation des projets dans les délais impartis et le respect des budgets alloués L'étude vise notamment à analyser les causes de retard dans les projets de construction et à proposer des solutions pratiques pour les réduire à travers l'étude de cas du projet d'achèvement d'un CEM Type 6, N°1 dans la wilaya de M'Sila L'étude s'est appuyée sur la méthode descriptive et analytique où les différentes périodes d'arrêt et de reprise des travaux subis par le projet ont été recensées et suivies tout en analysant leur impact sur la durée de réalisation De plus le logiciel Microsoft Project et la méthode du chemin critique (CPM) ont été utilisés afin de replanifier les travaux restants qui représentent 25% du projet global et de simuler leur exécution sur une période déterminée de trois mois Les résultats de l'étude ont mis en évidence l'importance d'une bonne planification et d'un suivi continu pour maîtriser les délais de réalisation et réduire les retards, en plus de l'efficacité de l'utilisation des outils de gestion modernes pour améliorer le rendement des projets de bâtiment et de travaux publics.
