Abstract

This study aims to provide the role of refocusing strategy in improving the corporate governance of Algerian industrial groups. Based on the deductive approach we analyzed some global researches to show the positive results of the strategic refocusing in improving the corporate governance of Algerian industrial groups. We concluded a proposed strategy to refocus the activities of Algerian industrial groups, and some recommendations that benefit the subject of the study.
