Abstract

With the rapid development of digital technologies, the digitalization of hotel booking services has become essential to improve access to information and enhance service quality. This project aims to develop an online hotel booking platform called "SahlaBook", which enables users to search for hotels, compare services and prices, and make reservations easily through the Internet.The platform also allows hotel owners to manage their hotels, rooms, and bookings through dedicated interfaces. The project was developed using modern technologies and a design methodology based on UML and the Conceptual Data Model (CDM/MCD).This work contributes to supporting the digital transformation of the tourism and hospitality sector in Algeria by providing more efficient and organized booking services.
