Abstract

الملخص : بالعربية(عبارة عن فقرة ): هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مشكلات تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الابتدائي ببلدية بوسعادة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، من خلال استبيان شمل 39 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور: مشكلات تتعلق بالأستاذ، بالمتعلم، وبالتنظيم المدرسي، وتم تطبيقه على عينة من 30 أستاذًا باستخدام مقياس ليكرت الخماسي وتحليل البيانات ببرنامج SPSS. وأظهرت النتائج أن صعوبات تدريس المادة متعددة ومترابطة، وتشمل جميع الجوانب السابقة، مما يؤثر سلبًا على فعالية التدريس وتحقيق الأهداف التربوية.

Abstract Study Title:Problems of Teaching Physical Education and Sports in Primary Education from the Perspective of Physical Education Teachers (A Field Study in a Group of Primary Schools in the Municipality of Boussaada)

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the problems of teaching Physical Education and Sports in primary schools in the municipality of Boussaada from the perspective of teachers. A questionnaire consisting of 39 items distributed across three dimensions was used: teacher-related problems, learner-related problems, and school organization-related problems. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 30 teachers using a five-point Likert scale, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software. The findings revealed that the difficulties associated with teaching Physical Education and Sports are multiple and interconnected, encompassing all the aforementioned dimensions. These difficulties negatively affect the effectiveness of teaching and the achievement of educational objectives.

Objectives of the Study: This study aims to achieve the following objectives: • To identify the main problems facing the teaching of Physical Education and Sports in primary education. • To investigate the impact of the lack of sports facilities and equipment on the educational process. • To determine the extent to which teachers’ pedagogical training affects the teaching of the subject. • To highlight the role of school administration in developing Physical Education. • To propose practical solutions and recommendations for improving the teaching of Physical Education and Sports. • To examine the current state of Physical Education teaching in Algerian primary schools.

General Research Question: What are the problems of teaching Physical Education and Sports in primary education from the perspective of Physical Education teachers? Sub-Questions: Q1: What are the teacher-related problems affecting the teaching of Physical Education and Sports in primary education from the perspective of Physical Education teachers?
