الاتصال التربوي الداخلي كمدخل لتحسين الأداء الإداري في المؤسسات التعليمية العمومية دراسة ميدانية على ثانوية لعويجي عمر بأولاد عدي القبالة –المسيلة - 2025 - 2026

Abstract

إنّ الهدف الأساسي منْ هذا البحث هو محاولة التعرف على العلاقة الوظيفية بين الاتصال التربوي الداخلي والقيادة التربوية داخل المؤسسة التعليمية وبيان اهميته في تحسين التنظيم الاداري فالاتصال التربوي الداخلي هو الذي يحدد المعتقدات المشتركة التي تشكل بيئة العمل فتوجه سلوك الفريق الإداري نحو تحسين وتطوير الأداء الإداري الموجود في المؤسسات . وبذلك جاءت دراستنا المعنونة بأهمية الاتصال التربوي الداخلي لتحسين الأداء الإداري في المؤسسات التعليمية العمومية وتحديدا ثانوية لعويجي عمر باولاد عدي لقبالة- المسيلة وذالك انطلاقا من التساؤل الاتي: ما مدى أهمية الاتصال التربوي الداخلي كمدخل لتحسين الأداء الإداري في المؤسسات التعليمية العمومية ؟ وللإجابة على هذا السؤال اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمة طبيعته وتم بناء استبانة وتوزيعها لجمع البيانات من عينة البحث وخلصت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الاتصال التربوي الداخلي والأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسات التربية. وخرجت الدراسة بتوصيات أهمها : 1- تفعيل الاتصال التربوي الداخلي باستخدام جميع الوسائل المتاحة والممكنة . 2- العمل على خلق ثقافة تنظيمية لتحسين العمل الإداري الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال التربوي ، الأداء الإداري ، المؤسسة التربوية.

Abstract The main objective of this research is to identify the functional relationship between internal educational communication and educational leadership within the educational institution, and to highlight its importance in improving administrative organization. Internal educational communication is the process through which shared relationships within the workplace are formed, guiding the behavior of the administrative team toward improving and developing administrative performance in institutions. Thus, our study emphasized the importance of internal educational communication in improving administrative performance in public educational institutions, specifically at Laouiji Omar Secondary School, Ouled Addi Kebala Municipality, M’sila Province, based on the following question: What is the importance of internal educational communication as an effective factor in improving administrative performance in public educational institutions? To answer this question, we relied on the descriptive method due to its suitability for the nature of the study. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to collect data from the research sample. The study concluded that there is a correlational relationship between internal educational communication and job performance in educational institutions. The study resulted in the following recommendations: 1. Activating internal educational communication by using all available and possible means. 2. Working on creating an organizational culture to improve administrative work. Keywords: Educational communication, administrative performance, educational institution.
