واقع الخدمات الإرشادية الموجهة للمراهقين في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني (دراسة ميدانية بـولاية برج بوعريريج)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الخدمات الإرشادية الموجهة للمراهقين في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني، كما هدفت إلى معرفة الفروق في استجاباتهم حسب متغيرات: التخصص الأكاديمي، الجنس والخبرة المهنية. بلغ عدد المشاركين في الدراسة من مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني (50) فردا موزعين بين ذكور وإناث، حيث تم تطبيق استبيان السناني، سارة عواد أحمد ويوسف، محمد عبد الرحمن (2022)، تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية وثبتت صلاحيته للدراسة. تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، ومن أجل اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: - الإحصاء الوصفي (المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية). - اختبار ت للعينة الواحدة. - اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA). - اختبار ت للعينيتن المستقلتين. وتوصلنا إلى النتائج الآتية: - وجود خدمات إرشادية نمائية متوسطة نسبيا موجهة للمراهقين في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. - وجود خدمات إرشادية وقائية ضعيفة نسبيا موجهة للمراهقين في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. - وجود خدمات إرشادية علاجية متوسطة نسبيا موجهة للمراهقين في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. - لا توجد فروق في استجابات المشاركين في الدراسة حول واقع الخدمات الإرشادية الموجهة للمراهقين في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغيرات: التخصص الأكاديمي، الجنس والخبرة المهنية

This study aimed to investigate the reality of counseling services provided to adolescents at the secondary education level from the perspective of school and vocational guidance counselors. It also sought to identify differences in their responses according to the variables of academic specialization, gender, and professional experience. The study sample consisted of fifty (50) school and vocational guidance counselors, both males and females. The questionnaire developed by Al-Sanani, Sarah Awad Ahmed and Youssef, Mohammed Abdulrahman (2022) was administered after verifying its psychometric properties and confirming its suitability for the purposes of the study. The descriptive approach was adopted in this study. To test the study hypotheses, the following statistical methods were used: • Descriptive statistics (means and standard deviations). • One-sample t-test. • One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). • Independent samples t-test. The study reached the following results: • There is a relatively moderate level of developmental counseling services directed to adolescents in secondary education. • There is a relatively weak level of preventive counseling services directed to adolescents in secondary education. • There is a relatively moderate level of therapeutic counseling services directed to adolescents in secondary education. • There are no statistically significant differences in the participants’ responses regarding the reality of counseling services directed to adolescents in secondary education attributable to the variables of academic specialization, gender, and professional experience.
