الضغط المهني وعلاقته بالاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة علم النفس العيادي - دراسة ميدانية بقسم علم النفس بجامعة المسيلة-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن العلاقة الضغط المهني والاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة قسم علم النفس العيادي بجامعة المسيلة ،وكما يهدف إلى التعرف على مستوى كل من الاحتراق النفسي والضغط المهني لدى عينة الدراسة وتم الاعتماد على مقياسين ( مقياس الضغوط المهنية ومقياس الاحتراق )منتهجين بذلك المنهج الوصفي، وتم الإعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية (متوسط الحسابي person ،ومعامل T test) -وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : • توجد علاقة إرتباطية ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط المهنية والإحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة علم النفس العيادي لقسم علم النفس بجامعة المسيلة. • يوجد مستوى منخفض الضغط المهني لدى عينة الدراسة. • يوجد مستوى متوسط الاحتراق النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة. The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between occupational stress andburnout among professors in the Department of Clinical Psychology at the University of M’sila. It also aimed to identify the level of both burnout and occupational stress amongthe study sample. Two scales were used (the occupational stress scale and the burnout scale). The descriptive approach was followed, and statistical methods were used: the arithmetic mean (person and the t-test).

The following results were reached:

There is a statistically significant correlation between occupational stress and burnout among professors of clinical psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of M’sila. There is a low level of occupational stress among the study sample. There is an average level of burnout among the study sample.
