Abstract

This project aims to develop an integrated system for digitizing and streamlining the management and operation of university libraries. This system will allow library users to search for and reserve resources remotely, while providing administrators with advanced tools for organized data managementand reducing the time spent on essential library transactions . The proposed system relies on integrating barcode technology to automate lending and return processes, with flexible and real-time data updates. Using the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, and JAVA SCRIPT to develop user-friendly and dynamic interfaces. This system represents a pivotal contribution to modernizing the academic environment, supporting the improvement of university library services, and facilitating interaction among various stakeholders.
