الدعم التنظيمي وعلاقته بتنمية الاستغراق الوظيفي

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between organizational support and job involvement in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of M'Sila. The study population consisted of 33 items that were chosen randomly, and to obtain information, a questionnaire was used as the main tool and the observation tool as a secondary tool for understanding the subject. The findings indicated that there is no statistically significant relationship between organizational support and job involvement in the institution at a significance level of 0.05 = a, and the main hypothesis was not fulfilled. تناولت هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين الدعم التنظيمي والاستغراق الوظيفي في كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة المسيلة، و لتحقیقهذاالهدفقمنابصياغةفرضیةعامةمفادها توجد علاقة بين الدعم التنظيمي و الاستغراق الوظيفي "تندرجضمنهاثلاثةفرضياتفرعیة، واعتمدناعلىالمنهجالوصفي،وتماختیارعینةمنمجتمعالدراسةتكونتمن33مفردةتماختیارهابطریقةعشوائيةوللحصولعلىالمعلوماتتماستخدامالاستمارةاستبیانكأداةرئيسيةوأداةالملاحظةكأداةثانويةلفهمالموضوع . وقد أشارت النتائج التي توصلت إليها انه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدعم التنظيمي والاستغراق الوظيفي في المؤسسة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05=a، وعدم تحقق الفرضية الرئيسية.
