Study Summary: This study aimed to identify the level of psychological stress and its relationship to self-efficacy among community health nurses, and to reveal the dynamics between them at the "Ouled Sidi Brahim" community health center in M'Sila. The study employed a descriptive correlational approach. A set of questionnaires was used, administering two scales to a randomly selected sample of 100 community health nurses. The first scale used was the Psychological Stress Scale ("Lovibond", 1995), which was used in the Algerian context in "Ziad Rachid's" study (2015). The second scale used was the Self-Efficacy Scale ("Sherer et al"., 1982), adapted into Arabic by "Samer Radwan" (1997). Data were collected to test the hypotheses using the following statistical analyses: means, standard deviations, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient for reliability. The study concluded that: - There is no correlation between the level of psychological stress and self-efficacy among community health nurses. - There is no high level of psychological stress among community health nurses. - The level of self-efficacy among community health nurses is moderate.
