Amid growing environmental pressures, the management of household solid waste presents a major challenge for municipalities and industries. This study explores an innovative alternative: valorizing these wastes through their integration into eco-friendly concrete production. Using a simulated experimental approach, different types of waste (plastics, glass) were incorporated into concrete formulations to assess their mechanical, physical, and environmental performance. The results demonstrate that certain partial substitutions allow the production of concrete suitable for non-structural applications, while reducing the consumption of raw materials and CO₂ emissions. The study also highlights current technical and social limitations and provides practical recommendations for broader implementation. It contributes to the promotion of sustainable development and circular economy practices in the construction sector.
