Abstract

يشكل المستهلك الالكتروني مجموع وزن اقتصادي كبير في الناتج القومي ، ويلعب دور أساسيا في تنمية وتطوير الاقتصاد الوطني ، إلي جانب تأثيره الاجتماعي الواضح ، غير أن هذا الدور مرهون بوجود حماية قانونية له من طرف مصالح وزارة التجارة المكلفين بموجب القانون رقم 18- 05 المتعلق بالتجارة الالكترونية الجزائري وقانون رقم 09- 03 المعدل والمتمم بقانون رقم 18- 09 المتعلق بحماية المستهلك وقمع الغش. Abstract : The Consumer Electronic is the sum of great economic weight in GDP, plays a role key in the growth and development of the national economy, besides social impact is clear, however, that this role is conditioned by the existence of legal protection of the interests of the Ministry of Commerce charged under Law No. 18-05 relating to the electronic commerce of the Algerian law No. 09-03 as amended and supplemented by Law No. 18-09 relating to consumer protection and suppression of fraud.
