INFLUENCE DU TRAITEMENT THERMIQUE SUR LA MICROSTRUCTURE DE LA SOUDURE D’ACIER INOXYDABLE

Abstract

Ce mémoire étudie l’influence du traitement thermique post-soudage sur la microstructure des soudures en acier inoxydable 316L.Les assemblages ont été réalisés par soudage TIG et ARC. Des contrôles non destructifs comme le FPI, la radiographie et les ultrasons ont été effectués. Les échantillons ont ensuite été observés au microscope optique avant et après traitement thermique. Les résultats montrent une amélioration de l’homogénéité microstructurale après traitement thermique. This thesis studies the effect of post-weld heat treatment on the microstructure of 316L stainless steel welds. The joints were produced using TIG and ARC welding processes. non-destructive tests such as FPI, radiography, and ultrasonic testing were carried out.The samples were then examined by optical microscopy before and after heat treatment. The results show improved microstructural homogeneity after heat treatment.
