| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation investigates an inverse coefficient problem for a time-fractional parabolic equation subject to nonlocal boundary conditions. We analyse the distinguishability property of the input–output mapping, develop a finite-difference based iterative reconstruction algorithm, and present numerical experiments that confirm the theoretical findings and illustrate the stability (or instability) of the method under noisy data. | |
