| dc.description.abstract | القرار الإداري المنفصل هو قرار ضمن عملية إدارية مركبة و الطعن ضد بالإلغاء جائز لكونه قرار نهائي ولا يؤدي إلغاءه إلى بطلان العملية الإدارية المنسوب فيها لأنه منفصل. و لنظرية القرارات الإدارية المنفصلة ايجابيات عملية و تطبيقية تخضع الى حماية حقوق كل من له مصلحة في الطعن في القرار الإداري المنفصل حتى و إن لم تكتمل العملية الإدارية بعد.
