دور الإعلام المدرسي في الحد من التسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد - دراسة ميدانية بمدينة بوسعادة -

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور الإعلام المدرسي في الحدمن التسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ المتوسط من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه و الارشاد المدرسي، استندت الدراسة إلى آراء (63) مستشارا و مستشارة من أصل (70) ، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأداه استبيان مكونة من (33) فقرة توزعت على محورين هما: المحور الأول بعنوان دور مستشار التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي في رصد عوامل التسرب المدرسي، والمحور الثاني بعنوان دور مستشار التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي في توعية التلاميذ حول مخاطر التسرب المدرسي، وتم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة من صدق وثبات، وللوصول إلى إجابات عن تساؤلات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الأساليب الاحصائية التالية: ألفا كرونباخ ، المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار t. Test, ANOVA. أظهرت النتائج أن للإعلام المدرسي دورا فعالا في الحد منالتسرب المدرسي ويمكن تلخيص نتائج هذه الدراسة فيما يلي : 1- لمستشارالتوجيه والارشاد المدرسي دورًا فعالا وكبيرا في رصد عوامل التسرب المدرسي من خلال متابعته المستمرة للتلميذ وقدرتهعلی اكتشاف المشكلات الدراسية والنفسية والاجتماعية التي قد تؤدي إلى الانقطاع عن الدراسة. 2- أن الإعلام المدرسي يسهم بدرجة معتبرة في توعية التلاميذ بمخاطر التسرب المدرسي، وذلك عبر الأنشطة التحسيسية والتوجيهية التي تعمل على تعزيز وعي التلاميذ بأهمية مواصلة الدراسة. 3- أن هناك اتفاقا واضحا بين أفراد العينة حول أهمية الإعلام المدرسي في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي. 4- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 5-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وهو ما يشير إلى أن الوعي بأهمية الإعلام المدرسي لا يرتبط بمستوى أكاديمي معين، وإنما يعد وعيا مهنيا مشتركا. 6- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. وفي الأخير أكدت النتائج العامة للدراسة أن الإعلام المدرسي يمثل آلية تربوية فعالة يمكن الاعتماد عليها في التقليل من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي لدى تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط من خلال دوره التوعوي والإرشادي داخل المؤسسة التعليمية. The current study aims to uncover the role of school media in reducing school dropout among middle school students from the perspective of guidance and counseling counselors. The study was based on the opinions of (63) counselors out of a total of (70). The descriptive exploratory approach was used, along with a questionnaire consisting of (33) items distributed across two axes: the first axis titled "The role of the guidance and counseling counselor in monitoring the factors of school dropout," and the second axis titled "The role of the guidance and counseling counselor in raising students' awareness of the dangers of school dropout." The psychometric properties of the tool (validity and reliability) were verified. To answer the study's questions, the following statistical methods were used: Cronbach's alpha, arithmetic means, standard deviations, t-test, and ANOVA. The results showed that school media plays a significant role in reducing school dropout. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The guidance and counseling counselor has an effective and significant role in monitoring school dropout factors through continuous follow-up of the student and the ability to detect academic, psychological, and social problems that may lead to dropping out of school. 2. School media contributes significantly to raising students' awareness of the dangers of school dropout through awareness and guidance activities that enhance students' understanding of the importance of continuing their education. 3. There is clear agreement among the sample members regarding the importance of school media in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout. 4. There are no statistically significant differences among the sample members attributed to the gender variable. 5. There are no statistically significant differences among the sample members attributed to the educational qualification variable, indicating that awareness of the importance of school media is not linked to a specific academic level but rather represents a shared professional awareness. 6. There are no statistically significant differences among the sample members attributed to the seniority variable. Finally, the overall results of the study confirmed that school media represents an effective educational mechanism that can be relied upon to reduce the phenomenon of school dropout among middle school students through its awareness and guidance role within the educational institution
