Abstract

This study addresses one of the most important topics in the field of civil service in Algerian legislation: the status of public employees in the public administration. The Algerian legislator established this status under Article 127 of Order No. 06-03, which includes the General Basic Law for the Civil Service, in addition to Article 2 of Executive Decree No. 20-373, concerning the basic legal status of employees. Through this study, we attempted to analyze the legal framework governing this status by addressing its general concept, the legal rules that govern it, and the specific cases within which it falls, particularly the status of being placed under disposal.
