دافعية العمل التطوعي وعلاقتها بالاتزان الانفعالي لدى عينة من طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين دافعية العمل التطوعي والاتزان الانفعالي لدى عينة من طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة كما سعت الدراسة للإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: 1- ما مستوى دافعية العمل التطوعي لدى عينة من طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة ؟ 2- ما مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي لدى عينة من طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة ؟ 3- هل توجد علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دافعية العمل التطوعي ودرجات الاتزان الانفعالي لدى عينة من طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة ؟ 4- هل توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في متوسطات درجات دافعية العمل التطوعي تعزى لمتغير الجنس؟ 5- هل توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في متوسطات درجات الاتزان الانفعالي تعزى لمتغير الجنس؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وأدوات لجمع البيانات تمثلت في مقياس دافعية العمل التطوعي ومقياس الاتزان الانفعالي تم تطبيقهما على عينة من طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة بلغ عددهم 100 طالب وطالبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: أ- مستوى دافعية العمل التطوعي لدى عينة من طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة مرتفع ب- مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي لدى عينة من طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة مرتفع جـ- توجد علاقة إرتباطية ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات دافعية العمل التطوعي ودرجات الاتزان الانفعالي لدى عينة من طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة. د- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى دافعية العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. هـ- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاتزان الانفعالي لدى طلبة ملحقة الطب بجامعة المسيلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. الكلمات المفتاحية: العمل التطوعي. الاتزان الانفعالي.الدافعية

: Abstract The present study aimed to explore the relationship between volunteer work motivation and emotional stability among a sample of students from the Medical Annex of the University of M’sila. The study also sought to answer the following research questions: 1. What is the level of volunteer work motivation among the sample of students from the Medical Annex of the University of M’sila? 2. What is the level of emotional stability among the same sample? 3. Is there a statistically significant correlation between volunteer work motivation and emotional stability among these students? 4. Are there statistically significant differences in the mean scores of volunteer work motivation attributed to gender? 5. Are there statistically significant differences in the mean scores of emotional stability attributed to gender? To answer these questions, the study adopted a descriptive correlational method. Data were collected using two instruments: a Volunteer Work Motivation Scale and an Emotional Stability Scale, applied to a sample of 100 male and female students The study reached the following findings: a) The level of volunteer work motivation among the sample is high. b) The level of emotional stability among the sample is also high. c) There is a statistically significant positive correlation between volunteer work motivation and emotional stability. d) No statistically significant differences were found in volunteer work motivation based on gender. e) No statistically significant differences were found in emotional stability based on gender
