dc.description.abstractThis study focused on the determinants of competitiveness of small and medium enterprises for a sample of small and medium enterprises operating in the services sector. The study was divided into two parts: the first theoretical and the second application, devoted the first part of a comprehensive review of the foundations of the theory and students and research on competition and competitiveness, and competitive advantage, as well as small and medium enterprises, while the second part was a projection by the theory of institutions operating in the services sector by adopting the method of ascites from by conducting a survey of managers and heads of the interests of the hotel establishments under study, each of the hotel Cerdada BOU-SAADA, SOFITEL hotel and the El_ DJAZAIR Hotel.
