Abstract

تستعرض هذه المطبوعة "مقياس العمران والمراكز الحضرية في الغرب الإسلامي"، وترمي إلى تعريف الطالب بمفاهيم العمران الإسلامي ومراحل تطوره، خلال العصر الوسيط، عن طريق المزاوجة بين الدراسة التاريخية والتحليلية للعمران، كما تبرز المفاهيم والأسس الفقهية والفكرية للعمران الإسلامي، والتي بدورها تحكمت في تنظيم وتخطيط المدن الإسلامية ومرافقها العامة. وكذا دراسة نماذج عمرانية معروفة، وإبراز العوامل المختلفة التي شكلت المجال الحضري. وتأثيرات الكوارث الطبيعية والحروب والتحولات الديموغرافية في ازدهار أو تراجع المدن، مع ضرورة استعمال المصادر التاريخية والشواهد الأثرية في دراسة العمران والعمارة الإسلامية، ويمكن القول أن المطبوعة تيح للطالب نظرة شاملة لفهم تاريخ العمران والمدن الإسلامية وأهميتها التراثية والحضارية في الغرب الإسلامي. Abstract : This publication reviews the "Scale of Urbanism and UrbanCenters in the Islamic West," and aims to introducestudents to the concepts of Islamicurbanism and its stages of developmentduring the Middle Ages, by combininghistorical and analyticalstudy of urbanism. It alsohighlights the concepts and jurisprudential and intellectualfoundations of Islamicurbanism, which in turngoverned the organization and planning of Islamiccities and their public facilities. As well as studyingwell-knownurbanmodels, and highlighting the variousfactorsthatshaped the urban area. The effects of naturaldisasters, wars, and demographic shifts on the prosperity or decline of cities, alongwith the necessity of usinghistorical sources and archaeologicalevidence in the study of Islamic architecture and urbanism. It canbesaidthat the publication providesstudentswith a comprehensiveoverview to understand the history of urbanism and Islamiccities and theirheritage and cultural significance in the Islamic West.
