Abstract

يُعنى مقياس مدخل إلى حقوق الإنسان بالتعريف بمفهوم حقوق الإنسان وأسسها الفكرية والقانونية، وبيان مصادرها وخصائصها ومبادئها العامة. كما يتناول التطور التاريخي للحقوق والحريات العامة عبر مختلف الحضارات والمواثيق الدولية. ويعرض الحقوق المدنية والسياسية باعتبارها من أهم الحقوق الأساسية للفرد، ثم يسلط الضوء على حقوق الفئات التي تحتاج إلى حماية خاصة مثل المرأة والطفل والعجزة والمرضى وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. كذلك يدرس حقوق السجناء والأسرى والضمانات المقررة لهم في القانون الدولي والشريعة الإسلامية. ويختتم المقياس بالتعريف بالهيئات والمؤسسات الوطنية والدولية المعنية بحماية حقوق الإنسان وآليات عملها، بما يسهم في نشر ثقافة الحقوق والواجبات وتعزيز قيم الكرامة الإنسانية والعدالة والمساواة.

Summary of the Course: Introduction to Human Rights The course Introduction to Human Rights aims to define the concept of human rights and explain their intellectual, legal, and moral foundations. It examines the sources, characteristics, and general principles of human rights, as well as their historical development through different civilizations and international instruments. The course also addresses civil and political rights as fundamental rights of individuals. In addition, it highlights the rights of vulnerable groups requiring special protection, such as women, children, the elderly, and patients. It further discusses the rights of prisoners and prisoners of war, along with the guarantees provided for them under international law and Islamic teachings. Finally, the course introduces the national and international institutions responsible for the promotion and protection of human rights, contributing to the dissemination of a culture of human dignity, justice, equality, and respect for rights and freedoms.
