دراسة مشكلة الازدحام المروري باستعمال نظم المعلومات الجغرافية دراسة حالة مدينة صالح باي ولاية سطيف

Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة تم تحليل مشكلة الازدحام المروري في مدينة صالح باي باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية، مع التركيز على المحور الرئيسي للمدينة وشبكة الطرق الحضرية، كشفت النتائج أن الخطةالشطرنجية للمدينة، وتمركز معظم التجهيزات على نفس المحور، إضافة إلى النقص الحاد في مواقف السيارات ووجود مدخل وحيد يخدم جميع أنواع النقل، هذهالعوامل رئيسية ساهمت في تفاقم الازدحام. واقترحت الدراسة مجموعة من الحلول، أبرزها إنشاء محطة برية للمسافرين وأخرى للنقل الحضري، إلى جانب طريق اجتنابي لتخفيف ضغط المرور، مع تحسين البنية التحتية للطرقات وتعزيز الوعي بأهمية احترام قواعد السير. وتهدف هذه الإجراءات إلى الحد من الاختناق المروري وتحسين جودة الحياة داخل المدينة.

Through this study, the problem of traffic congestion in the city of Salah Bey was analyzed using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), with a focus on the city's main axis and urban road network. The results revealed that the city's grid layout, the concentration of most facilities along the same axis, the severe shortage of parking spaces, and the presence of a single main entrance serving all types of transport are key factors contributing to the worsening congestion. The study proposed several solutions, most notably the establishment of an intercity bus station and an urban transport station, in addition to a bypass road to alleviate traffic pressure. It also recommended improving road infrastructure and raising awareness about the importance of complying with traffic regulations. These measures aim to reduce traffic congestion and improve the quality of life in the city.
