Abstract

تعتبر ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية من أهم الظواهر التي تهدد المجتمع الدولي ولا سيما المجتمع الأوروبي بصفة خاصة. كما أن هذه الظاهرة أثرت على كلتا المجتمعين المصدر والمستقبل للمهاجرين حيث أنها إنعكست سلبا على الأوضاع السياسة والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، الأمر الذي دعى ضرورة إقامة تعاون يحمي كلتا الطرفين. اتضح لنا من خلال هذه الدراسة: - كلما إزداد عدد المهاجرين تتأزم الأوضاع للبلد المستقيل. - إقامة تعاون جزائري أوروبي ضروري للحد من هذه المشكلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهجرة الغير شرعية، التعاون، ظاهرة، المجتمع الاوروبي. Summary: The phenomenon of illegal immigration is one of the most important threats to the international community, especially the European community in particular. This phenomenon also affected both the source and future communities of migrants as it reflected negatively on the political, economic and social conditions, which called for the need to establish cooperation that protects both parties. It is clear from this study: - As the number of migrants increases, the situation of the resigned country worsens. - The establishment of Algerian-European cooperation is necessary to reduce this problem.
