المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ظل القانون الجزائري

Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة يتضح المجهود الكبير للدولة الجزائرية التي بذلته من أجل احاطة نظام المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بمختلف القوانين والتشريعات الضابطة، ويتجلى ذلك من خلال القانون التوجيهي رقم 17/02 المتضمن ترقية هذه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وكذلك مختلف التنظيمات المرافقة لهذا القطاع، إلى أن هذا القطاع لم يرتقي إلى مصاف التجارة الدولية ومنافسة مختلف المؤسسات الأخرى في الأسواق وهذا راجع لمحدودية التمويل والخبرة لذى استوجب على الدولة أن ترافق الشباب المقبل على هذه المشاريع وزرع روح المقاولتية لديهم.
